New member here… Hi!
I have been working on IronShirt 1 for about 2 years and plan on spending another year on it as well. My question is about what to do next. I am very interested in doing IronShirt 2 and 3, and I am also interested in Fusion of Five Elements 1, 2, and 3.
I have already been tinkering around with Fusion 1 (every now and then) and I really like it and am anxious to start. Here is my dilemma, I want to start fusion 1 when I am done with IronShirt 1. So my progression through the techniques would go like this-
Plan A:
IronShirt 1 + Fusion 1
then
IronShirt 2 + Fusion 2
then
IronShirt 3 + Fusion 3Can I do this? ^ It doesn’t seem to interfere with prerequisites…
It is the way I ‘want’ to do it, but maybe I ‘should’ just do like this-Plan B:
IronShirt 1, then 2, then 3
then do Fusion 1, then 2, then 3.P.S. I have spent some time with Microcosmic Orbit and Healing Love. I thought I would mention that since they are considered prerequisites for IronShirt 1 and 3.

My only recommendation would be to do fusion 1,2 & 3 before iron shirt 3 and only take the weights with an instructor. The other parts of IS 3 can be learned on your own though. It is good that you took your time with IS 1.

Now I’m thinking more like this-
IronShirt 1 + Fusion 1
then
IronShirt 2 + Fusion 2
then
Fusion 3 + IronShirt 3Maybe not though, I still have a year to go before I need to be sure about it.
Anyone else?

It is not that it is tough. It just releases very powerfully more sexual energy. Unless your emotional state is stablized it can lead to problems.
All the Best!

My only concern from that is physical injury could come about from being unable to issue the power from the fusions correctly without having all three IronShirt techniques to issue the power through.. But.. Unfortunatly, since I have not learned very far into the system, I don’t know for myself the all potential problems that may arise. I know Chia’s basic layout has IronShirt123 before fusion123. It sounds like you have experience that dictates a different order, and I certainly don’t want problems from emotional instability.
You have given me alot to think about! Thank you.

Once you have some basic rooting (I put a lot of iron shirt into my Qigong Fundamentals 3 & 4) the most important thing is grounding your emotional body, and opening the 8 extra deep channels with Fusion 2/3.
Then the Iron Shirt 3/bone marrow work is more effective.

I’ve been working on IronShirt 1 so intensively for quite a while, so it is a breath of fresh air being at a point when I can consider my options for what to do next. I’ll look into your qigong fundumentals courses too.
Thank you Mathew and Michael
