I did knee walking for a couple of months along with the rest of the SVQ and I don’t know if it really helped at all. I did it on a thin carpeted floor with pants on and it didn’t always feel great on my knees! I would say it’s probably not worth it, but that is just my experience… There are plenty of other exercises that are better at kidney building as Steven mentions.
