Hello,
In my translation of Chia’s books, there occurs the word ‘concentration’. It’s used when talking about opening the MCO.
Since in my language there’s a saying, “a translator is a traitor” (sounds a little different), I wonder if there’s matching on your english version of the text.
My question is, what kind of attention should one put on the MCO points? The tinier is the point, the tighter is the concentration. Are they really ‘points’? Or areas?
I’d appreciate your comments on the subject.Bows and thanks

But I have worked on it to get to a point where the chi is realy moving. The points are guide lines, I belive the Idea is if these places open up the in between spots will be easier or open on there own. I focus with smiling love, and acceptance and in a general area, you can play with that. Ofcourse I use a different method, one learned by transmission from Michael Winn. The best thing to do would be to find a teacher using the search function on this web site to the left or come to a retreat. But it never hurts to smile and love, and accept any part of your body. I figured some one else that knows the other method would chime in but thats my two cents, I hope that helps.

I do bouth. Sometimes just following the orbit sometimes stay at the points. I think it’s ok to do watever method that suits you. People are different and for some the points just mess things up and for others they are greate to focus on. Don’t think you have to do it in a special way, but experiment with new ways of experiences with the chi in the orbit or in the points. Sometimes your own body comes up with a new method by itself and it is just to follow.
