IMO the practice contained in the booklet that comes with the Lesser Kan and Li tapes is a gem. It is a practice of directing steam from Yin/Yang coupling to organs and meridians. The course material covers the process. Michael talks about the yang organs/meridians (paired with the yin ones) as handling interaction with the exteral world. eg Large intestine is yang partner to Lung – the active yang energy of elimination has to be functioning well. Liver partner, Gall Bladder to be active ‘daring’ to implement plans/aspirations. Personally I find this process very clearing of stress and imbalance which is normally hidden. Seems particulary helpful in overcoming feeling of being stuck – like the yang organs are bogged down with unresolved energies/memories. Mention this in case it rings a bell with someone.
