Hi
Does anyone have any insight into whether acupuncture might help kundalini syndrome?
I’ve had an energy imbalance for some years. Still can’t meditate for 20+ minutes or I get too much energy.
Am getting great relief from Michael’s system. Am nearly done with the fusion practices.
So recently I decided to try some acupuncture, just to see if it could help.
The experience was rather pleasant, and I definitely feel different.
Not sure if it has helped though. It impacts my sleep negatively. My body is buzzing a lot. Kundalini emotional issues seem to come on stronger. On the other hand this could just be blockages being brought out in the light more and resolved. Or I might simply be overanalyzing.
Anyone has any insight about acupuncture and kundalini imbalance? I jumped straight into it without any research.

In the meantime, keep working with the microcosmic orbit, which is designed to help circulate the energy in a loop . . . it provides a downward channel path to balance any upward flow. This, and rooting standing practice, ala Iron Shirt 1 which helps bring energy down toward your center and out of your head.
Additionally, I recommend you cut out any stimulants you are taking . . . e.g. coffee, cigarettes, caffeinated beverages, etc. This tends to keep the system ramped up in overdrive, and–while not the cause–will certainly aggravate the situation.

I’m 4 days into the acupuncture treatment now and it’s going much better.
I did the 8 vessels qigong two days ago, and it seemed to balance things out.
My emotional side effects are much reduced. Overall, I’m feeling better, more balanced and with a more smooth energy flow than before I started.
Today I had a strange experience where it was like my smile changed.
I’ve never been able to force a smile. But I was walking down the street and thinking about something funny. My smile – and the muscles in my face – changed. It was like it became more effortless. The change was followed by a more.. effortless feeling in my body and being
I am experiencing eating fits since yesterday. Eating three times my normal amount. It’s not even about hunger. I just feel a need for getting some food in my stomach all of a sudden. Can wolf down enormous portions in a short amount of time. Haven’t gained a single pound, and don’t think I will. Think I am going through spiritual changes and the body is trying to ground itself.
I will continue the acupuncture practice. It feels good.
