Hey thanks to everyone who posted about the tones and to Michael for writing that great article and to Ryan for passing it on. Today I did a little meditation while lying down in the Sun. My main reason for doing this was to try to listen for the tones that Michael talks about. I had always felt the planets and Heavenly bodies but I never tried to listen to them. I now think that what I was feeling was the tones. I seemed to be able to pick up some deep pulse humming tones. I think that these tones were coming from the Sun. I am going to need to work on opening my inner ears but I definitely felt, then heard a subtle tone that resinated with my heart. I seemed to be able to tune into it but I couldn’t hold it for more than 5 minutes at a time. I guess I will need to practice to really be able to listen to what is going on. Anyway I just wanted to thank everyone for opening up this new aspect of my practice.

Glad to hear about your new experiences and practice. It might help if you try to listen to the tones of your inner organs when you tune into their other qualities (i.e. color, spiritual qualities, etc.). when you can listen to things easily inside it would probably be easier to listen to things outside. also listening to your eight extraordinary vessels, and really any part of your being on any level. that could also enhance your accutone work =). also, if you do a practice where you first go inside then expand out (i’d say to start with the inner smile), listen to tones inside and then listen to tones outside (like those in space). eventually i think you’d be able to ‘speak’ in tones just as you can speak in color and different aspects/dimensions of chi. and tone correlations would be obvious to you as are other correlations.

great advice thanks. I have been trying out the order that you suggested for working with the tones, and it is working well for me. My Liver I think may be a bit over worked or over stimulated because it is much louder then the rest, or is this because the spring is on its way. Either way it’s a great start so thanks. BTW the Acutone system is great I can’t believe how effective it is. I can feel the whole meridian light up when I hit the points just right. I will keep you informed as to my progress with the forks. Till then,

In the greatest kan and li course you would learn that scientists have already measured that the sun is an acoustic chamber that generate over ten million tones…..
