I was postponing to write about my experience with embracing the tree. Every day it helped me with different thing, felt new and fresh. If I left it for few days and go back to it, it would feel even more powerful.
And this part of my training is not about some transcending experiences, but about gradual, slow improvements. Both energetically and also in my everyday life. This I guess goes for doing many techniques, not just embracing the tree. By working with the energy inside, space opens in everyday life for changes. And by improving the energy inside and as energy issue is solved, then next one, deeper one is addressed. Sometimes with the same technique. Sometimes I need to add another technique to get to a new dimension. But as I add experiences to my journal, I start to understand that every small improvement in the energy body is improvement to everything else, and gives quality and depth to everyday life.
I tried many techniques, but naturally I gravitate to those that have an energetic effect throughout the day, which open more space for change (healing sounds, embracing the tree and deep earth pulsing right now). On the other hand I was avoiding those that are difficult for my energy body. It is a weak point in my practice that I need to overcome. Its one thing not to do a technique because your energy body has little obvious benefit, its another thing to avoid it because it would make a change that may be uncomfortable to get used to. This is the microcosmic orbit for me. So third category of techniques are those that have limited or temporary effect, for the simple reason that my energy body is not there yet to integrate the results. I do these only if I have more spare time and have already done my main ones.
I hope my experience benefits someone or at least its a nice reading.
Have a great day
It’s nice to hear of your progress.
This is the real stuff; not lengthy theory.
Just actual practice and direct experience with the changes that arise and benefits received.
Keep it up.
