Immortal is a bit of an incorrect word. You can kill an immortal if you understand from where their immortality arises. 🙂

Crikey – that sounds awful. 🙁 I hope there’s some class of immortals whose title is not a misnomer. I suppose Buddhas can’t be killed because they’re realised the ‘unending deathless nature of mind’, though presumably their wisdom emanations can – e.g. the Dalai Lama (if you buy into that reality). Prehaps some immortals may even be emanations of Buddhas appearing in guises suitable to those they seek to help. 😉
