Weekly practice night at Push Hands Club – website is http://www.melbournepushhandsclub.com
James Sumarac http://www.jamessumarac.com is a member and very active in bringing out Chinese tai chi teachers. Also http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNIeZgvMhmk&feature=related regarding HeavenManEarth. This is a bit more martial than my practice, but interesting has made me go back and review building kidney power (Michaels Sexual Vitality DVD) plus higher level kidney balancing (smile and listen to kidneys in ) to dissolve fear and help to stand ground. I find that sitting to do alchemy practice after Push Hands sessions is essential like eating and digesting the experience and learning.
