It seems that the healing tao system is superb working with the micro, but sometimes i feel it focuses so much on the micro that it distracts from the macro. What do you guys to do for the macro?
I have to admit i am a bit out of practice at the moment, i only do a few minutes every day and not nearly enough. I do remember when i was doing lots of practice, perfecting the micro, ie balancing the MCO, opening all the other channels, or balancing the organ energies, then balancing upper mid and lower dantien, it was a sequence to creating that balance, and the energy then ‘pulled me in’ to the macro, or one-ness with the universe, or just being. However i also remember becoming a bit of a perfectionist, seeking to always fix the balance to a finer and finer level to get higher and higher, rather than just being happy with the depth of my practice and just being.
I believe healng tao has lead this to follow into my life, i’ve got an awesome family, now i have a busy clinic where i heal people of physical ailments, a great house, cars, hobbies, I’ve got everything, and it’s in pretty good balance, but it’s hard not to try to keep fiddling with it, there needs to be a time to just sit and be and be happy with what we have. What do you guys do to cultivate beingness?
