Hi Michael,
Can you please explain how we are able to expand our energy bodies?
For example, today I noticed that the energy of my house was a bit shocked. I started by doing fusion on the feeling in me that resonated with the shock in the house. I quickly realized that would only change me, not the house. So, I shifted so that the sense of shock in me was the whole house, which included me in it, and that was a very odd feeling!
This all reminded me of the Sun-Moon-Earth Alchemy process that involves having those bodies co-mingling inside me. I now realize that I was still doing that with a symbol of those bodies, as they are waaaayyyy too powerful for me to yet embody!
So, anyways, I am developing an ability to grow myself in some way that those things seem to be inside me. How is that possible? And, can those things do that to me, or is this an ability that is unique to humans or other more evolved beings?

ChrisHey Chris, these are great questions about where we begin end. How far can we expand and what does this mean in terms of boundaries. I guess I am thinking about the reality of resonance and how 3d thingies affect each other.
If I bring awareness to this exchange of beingness between me and another object (person, planet,etc.) it isn’t that I am somehow suddenly inside of it or it in me as much as a shift of my perpective to another level of reality that is always happening. The fact that we can both be in that awareness and also in our own ego self at the same time is what makes the ride fun and interesting.
I like Michael’s idea of communication. This eases any thoughts of overwhelm I encounter. I have to be present to communicate.

As baba has correctly again divined, this is about resonance. Jing is what allows resonance: one essence vibrates another, and you change your shape to take on that vibration. Nobody goes anywhere, the chi field just reshapes itself at your request. your personal energy body expands to hold the new vibration.

Oh, that connects some ideas for me. Let me state them below to see if I am correct.
It is the resonance that jing provides that allows us to learn from other beings. And, spirits do not have jing so they can be wise but cannot learn. And, so that is why we take on a body – so we can learn. Correct?
