I just posted an article on grounding at http://www.angelfire.com/moon2/isisaz/fall05/chiwalk2.html . The basis for this article was from Daniel Reid’s teaching on chi-gung walking. But a lot of the ideas in this article just came to me as I was barefoot walking. One of them was to glance up at the sun on the inbreath and glance down at the earth on the outbreath in order to balance the yang and yin energies. But most of the time I am focused on the ground in front of me as I walk. I wonder if you could critique this article. I have tried to get two other chi-gung masters, one of them Daniel Reid, to critique it without success.
Thank you,
Wayne Purdin
