I want to share my experience. It is possible i practised the microcosmic orbit meditation a bit incorrect though. For two years i practised the meditation 1-3 hours a day, focusing on each energy spot 10-20 minutes.
I had wonderful results and it really transformed my life! I could write a small book about it. There was some side effects though. Every time i sat down i was thrown into a trance state. My body become extremly relaxed (way more then normal relaxation) and it felt really heavy. This also started to happen when i just stood up, for example in stores trying to decide what kind of milk to buy.
Finally i had to drop the meditation, because i started to feel ill during meditation and i got really dizzy, it was related to the third eye area and it also felt very bad at the solar plexus chakra. This soon extended to even when i was not meditating! I had felt earlier during meditation that a part of me didn’t need to circulate energy, a part of me was already perfectly at peace with myself.
So i decided to develop that instead, and started to sit zazen. The first time my third eye overfocused and i felt ill again. I then started to practise qigong, and the second time i did zazen the place my focus came from (what i focused with, one could say) (or what it should be called) was changed from third eye to a place between my navel and back inside my body. This totally ended all illness and everything was fine.
Now i practise zazen and qigong almost every day. I am not thrown into trance states anymore. I guess my energy is way more balanced now.
I just wanted to share this. If anyone wants to comment this, feel free to comment!

This seems to be a wonderful affirmation of the water and fire method working really well and your discernment about its proper use. It is inspiring to read, thanks, baba

Congrads. The Wudang method of the orbit might have also prevented your condition.
