I only recently noticed that putting my finger into my navel that there is a clear indentation hinting at a navel hernia (in case you ask why I put my finger there… well. It’s an exercise…):
I wonder if that can be a cause of major energy drain. I mean: if Taoists hold their anus up and put the tongue to the top in order for energy not to get lost…
and in case yes: what to do about it? Surgery?

If its really bothering you,
go see a doctor…But that could throw you into a head trip in and of itself.
Probably best if you stop playing with it…
Give it a couple of days,
If there is No Pain or Swelling,
you might be alright…As for surgery,
just make sure your comfortable with your doctor…
whenever you have surgery,
its very intense!
Alot of people have different opinions about sugery.
I think if you feel you have to go under the knife,
go for it…
It just may give you the peace of mind you so
desire!Funny thing,
a while back there was all this talk about
entities and hospitals and all that stuff..My Aunt has been a nurse for many years,
Doesnt seem to have ever effected her…But she is pretty STRONG MINDED!
Got to say though, that is a tough job…
