Hello,
I’ve been into energy work and meditation for 10+ years. When i did some practise work at a social work institution a year ago i started to feel a new energetic awareness (always when i got close to that building i felt a sort of positive energy and also all the time while inside the building.) I became more and more aware of it the months i spent there. It’s a very “focused” field of feeling, partly observing and also very rejuvenating and constructive. It was extra strong sometimes around some clients with a almost dizzying compassionate observant focused field targted towards them (not from me, it felt external). I also felt it later around specific people (both with room mate and random people while walking the city).
And last few months I can feel it all the time – a very interconnected and revjuvenating feeling. And when i meditate i feel that i am connected to it from being grounded.
I wonder if there’s any taoistic interpretation of all of this.

PIt sounds to me like you are experiencing and noticing the positive expression of your heart shen—previously triggered by certain environments or people—but now freely expressing itself in a vibrant way of its own accord. Heart shen is what connects us to others and is the best lubricant to the collective; it is also the ruler of the body, so guides body rejuvenation when it is manifesting positively.
