I just posted a lecture on Fusion of Five Elements 1 on my site, a synthesis and expansion of two earlier fusion workshops. There is a download option (about 20 pages).
There is also a Fusion 2/3 lecture posted in the last few weeks.
Excerpts from Dream, and all the Kan and li’s coming soon.
check it out, happy to receive feedback.
Hi Michael
you’re lecuture is very inspiring.
From your lecture it seems that the fusion practice is a very Yang:
Using the mind to circulate stuck emotinal chi, openinnig deep channels etc…
My question is: is there a Yin way to practice fusion?
smile 🙂
It is excellent! Thanks for being open to share with us, I enjoy this practice daily and posted a few questions in the forum hopefully it is a fresh topic and not ..oh god not this again.
Dear Jade,
Absolutely. I teach teach the Yin fusion methods I developed first, as most people need that.
And had to develop them, as Chia didn’t have anything much in the way of yin. He’s is getting much better now, but his published materials don’t reflect it.
The yang i teach second, useful for some situations and types of practitioners.
Bottom line, try my approach and see if it works. If it doesn’t, send it back.
No hard (yang) feelings if it doesn’t work for you.
Soft chi is what penetrates deepest,
Michael
