I discovered a new fusion/kan and li meditation this morning, new for me at least.
I’d finished my hitting and healing sounds practice and sat down to do some deeper stuff with fusion and KL. i had the fusion mandala in place and was spinning things and mixing them in the whirlpool ocean of the infinite cauldron. the golden pearl filled my body to the marrow and beyond and i started fusing the the other pearls by making them grow and merge, as is done on the tapes.
suddenly, the practice shifted of its own volition, as sometimes happens. the gold pearl stabilized keeping the center. then, the white and green pearls started swapping positions. there was like a white hoop that connected the four outer pearls, but it would flex inward toward the golden center and then keep shifting to the opposite side, then back.
it was in harmony with the breathing. On the inhale, the hoop flexed and the green pearl moved left and the and white pearl moved right. on tghe exhale they returned to their native postions. and so on for so many breaths. it was thoroughly spontaneous and enjoyable. i was almost laughing.
so i thought, after awhile, what the hell? why not do this with the red and blue pearls too. so i ceased the transposition of white and green and did the red and blue. it worked just as magnificiently. all the while the gold pearl held the center as the opposing two tranposed thru it.
it wasn’t just the pearls that moved either, it was the whole hoop that changed postiion, each time going from one beig ring to three verticel or horizontal rings connect thru the center pearl.
very curious. and thoroughly fun.
