Hello,
I’m working on the opening microcosmic orbit for some time. And have a question related to this process. I practise according to the “Awaken Healing energy” . When during the practise my navel area is worm or hot and my mind is regulated I switch to the foloowing point eg. Jing Gong, and next to the Hui-Yin. And during the focus on the given point I usually feel that previous points are warm
(or route along them). but sometimes later for some reason (eg. my mind wanders around )
My route / previously warm centers aren’t warm and then I can continue with focus on the point I’m working on or go back to the navel to warm it up again. What should I do? Warm the previopus centers again or ignore the fact that centers aren’t warm and continue practise on selected center? Thanks in advance for any replay

September 30, 2007 at 2:04 pm #24613little1Participanti dont know what you should do, all i can say is what i wouldn’t do if i were you.
i wouldnt take practice as a deadly serious business.
i wouldnt give up playing with the energy and the chi field.
i wouldnt give up searching for a teacher.i would enjoy more, and worry less…
September 30, 2007 at 2:47 pm #24615IntelligenceParticipantwhen i first leaned the orbit it was through a teach who gave me a copy of Mantak’s book and then some initial guidance..
My advice:
The first orbit practices are actually much better later after you do the later formulas..
I did what I think you are doing and made a big deal about oh this center feels his, and this one doesn’t feel at all, and this takes forever, and i made this really big deal about all the points and chakras and wasted a ton of time..
i will tell you from perosnal experience that the initial orbit is pretty basic and the first real step is fusion which you could easily do the first day you ever try any of these practices..
the next real step is kan and li which couldalso be done the first day you ever do any of them..
or, in other words, you could easily do all the practices up through lesser kan and li the very first day and it would work just as well..
the next step is greater kan and li which is the solar plexus and planet.. this one is easy but once you start getting to greater and greatest and star alchemy it takes longer to start getting effects..
i am personally at a juncture point where greater kan and li and star alcehmy work great but the planet tuning in greatest is smack dab in the middle of them and is apparently going to take awhile…
September 30, 2007 at 2:52 pm #24617IntelligenceParticipantit took about 1 year before the first kan and li really became as restful and powerful as i still find it to be.. it just felt deeper over time and visions dreams etc began to apapear more frequently
same thing with greater kan and li.. it took one year before tuning into the planets rock bed and atmosphere and seasons really became as powerful as it is today..
i still have not hit that point with greatest (it involves the planets) but i already have results for star alchemy which moves it into the brain and starts reversing poles there…
or in other words, lesser and greater worked the first day and could be felt (in greater you use tones and cones around the solar plexus to connect to earth’s larger seasons)
they were both restful from day one, but really got deep into energy and dreams and psychic awareness after 1 year

Yes, like little1 says, please relaaaaaaxxxxxssss.
A large part of the work is to find out it is not in working so hard. It is not at all about controlling what the lifeforce does, because indeed it wants to flow through you. It is about relaxing into developing a relationship with it and allowing it to move freely through you. The lifeforce loves freedom and likes to play, and if you try to control it it will lose interest and play hard-to-get.
Focus on the smile for that. It will do the trick. Smile, go into bliss and THEN see what the orbit does once you put your attention on it.-A

I love that, it says it all. Some days the orbit just flows and other days it seizes up and I have to wait a while and come back later. Attention/intent is important but it has to be a relaxed open focus that includes rather than separates.

Inclusiveness is holistic-ness. I find I have to really flexible and yielding as well as directive but not coercive. We grow up in such a manipulation-focussed world that it’s hard to understand that life will live itself through us if we relax. We don’t believe that if we sit still and do nothing that the grass will actually grow. We think we have to MAKE it grow.
I always go back to asking the lifeforce what it wants to do now. Or I ask it to do something for me (Like, “Balance my field now”) instead of trying to make it balance by initiating some action I think will make balance happen. That way, when there is something for me to do I have direction from the Source and not my thinking. The field “thinks” holistically and has such a broad perspective on everything that our little minds can’t compare to what it can come up with. It’s a matter of focusing on the end, the intent, rather than the means, the “how.” This, I believe, is why the smile is central to successful procedure. It implies and instigates openness.
