Opening To Existence / Inner Smile

Even after just a couple of weeks works, I see the importance of the Inner Smile and opening to whatever comes.

It’s a beautiful practice. After all we are part of a vast existence, and no matter how far we climb the mountain of inner states, being in harmony with the flow of existence will always be more important. No matter how high you climb, there will always be further mountains above.

I feel big change in my orientation to life coming from this practice, a real comfort within life.

I have edited the Inner Smile CD to slow it down and leave more breaks between Michael Winn’s instructions, which are a little fast for me.
