Hi everyone,
Are there any guys on this board who’ve successfully managed to have multiple orgasms using the PC squeeze technique (i.e. clamping down your PC muscle right before the PONR, to prevent the ejeculation response)?
Various sites / forums on the net say this is a very difficult thing to achieve, and apparently some sexologists say it can potentially cause some damage.
There is another method which entails relaxing the PC / pelvic muslces as you woudl when urinating and this is supposed to be more effective and attainable.
I’m wondering, for those that have learnt to have multiple non-ejec orgasms, how did you do it? ANd how long did it take?

The question isn’t how men attain multiple orgasms but how we can develop the inner channels to contain pleasure and joy in the body. I tried the yang approach of big draw with a lot of contraction involved to hold back. I also noticed I was becoming addicted to the sexual rushes and plowed them into my orbit and other channels. I spent one month with stomach cramps as a result.For me, the gentler approach is more effective. This means returning to inner smile and appreciating all of who I am. Inhabiting my body and inviting back lost parts of myself is the essence of my chi kung practice.
To contain an orgasm without ejaculation demands more self love, inner chi breathing and spacious imagery than any gimmicky pushes or pulls.
AS for me, I am just looking to enjoy the sexual feelings that I am, all day long. If I ejaculate, so be it. The deeper slower cultivation is more satisfying. baba
