How do you experience, perceive … your pearls during fusion sessions?
Jox, 🙂

Initially when some progress have been made energetically one should be creating vortices with varying size and intensity in energetic plasma.
That ‘star in the circle’ which Yudelove suggests to use in his book is not good first of all because he doesn’t give any real explanation why one should use it instead of bagua.
For other type of visualisation it would be good, in my opinion, when used horizontally in some particular Masonic sense. There is same association with some particular agnipuja which belongs to Heruka Tantra and particularly to Vajra Yogini practice.
Interesting is how seemingly same goals are aimed with quite different practices. Here I think both Buddhist Tantra generally and for example Bihar School of Yoga version of these energetic practices particularly.
Besides immediate tactile sensations other qualities of the five elements should be experienced sooner or later if practice is continued in the right manner.
Somebody has earlier asked if one can through imagination experience for example various degrees of coldness in the bodily system. My answer would be carefull yes, because already experiencing cold, so that one for example takes a piece of ice and puts that inside one’s mouth, and then learning to transport that sensation to any other part of the body is not very difficult.
But I personally also think that many of these Chinese things are for given conditions too schematic.

Ps. Sorry for my broken English.
April 18, 2014 at 3:21 am #42034sourcexcParticipantI remember how I began with this stuff, less or more mentally work …
With time and practice all changed. Senses, organs and colection points/pearls get naturally conected … All goes less or more on its own … 🙂As you mentioned energy vortices … Yesterday I did fusion … when I spin bagua and all colection points, I just felt that I was geting vertigo … Quite intense experience … Do anyone had similar experience, or maybe I do something wrong? 😛
Peace, Jox 🙂

Helps avoid the spinning figure-skater effect.I recommend more qigong to get into your body.
