“I never said in my postings that it is all fine and nice. I just told what my strategy is in my personal life and if it is appliable fine, if not then change of strategy.”
No, actually you said that if I criticized someone who was trying to disrupt the board it was I who was somehow not “centered”.
“If people cross my border deliberate trying to hurt they meet my silence.”
Which, in the case of people who are making incessant and annoying posts, means that your voice is no longer heard and they have free run of the board.
Compassion isn’t about being nice to people and it’s not about being smugly silent when someone is abusing a community. Indeed, it’s not about being smug at all, which appears to be a theme of yours.
Rather, it’s about right action, which can range from kind words to a fist in the face, depending on what is called for.
A virtual community is like a garden. You have to tend it, nurture it, pull up weeds and get your hands dirty. This of course presupposes you care about the community and about making it grow.

May 3, 2005 at 1:02 pm #5245spyrelxParticipantSomebody must really have a thing for me.
May 3, 2005 at 1:11 pm #5247WilberKEMAIMemberYou must find yourself very clever. Must be the little people over at taobum.
May 3, 2005 at 1:27 pm #5249spyrelxParticipantMust be. Confirming once again my view of you guys: a bunch of adolecents of very limited skills who have become bored playing with themselves.
I mean, it is kind of like something 10 year old boys would do. “We don’t want to play with them, so we’re going to set up our fort over here”. So you do, but of course you get bored with yourselves pretty quickly. So you come back. But you don’t have the honest introspection or social skills to get over your own ego and just join in with the rest of us. So you’ve got to do inane stuff like this.
And the kicker is most of you guys are over 30.
Over 30.
Over 30 and you’re compelled to act out a childish obsession with this board, michael winn, and now me. Pretty weird, don’t you think?
May 3, 2005 at 7:44 pm #5251Soaring Spirit FeatherParticipantI’ll delete the posts it if you want.
Adolecents in the early 80’s yea, 300 baud modems, faster connections now… the same games…. this is stuff is old news guys.

There is no need to attach to concepts becuase one is culturally / intellectually inclined to do so. I mean not to look for Truth in the intellectual mind but in the Natural Mind. This is TRULY THE GREAT LIBERATION!
It is Limitless beyond limits and Love beyond love 🙂
