So, I feel kind of sick. Main symptom is running nose, like a cold, not just an annoying little thing. It’s not that bad. I’ve been using quite a few external elixers trying to aid in this and i’ve also been doing six healing sounds, both five animals and sitting. external exlixers i’ve been taking include apple cider vinegar and himilayan salt (trying to alkalize), echinacea, pantothenic acid (clear up sinuses), and some goji (not too much because i dont want to reinforce ill patterns). also been trying to eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
anyway, question is this. is it okay to practice the Wudang orbit while sick? is there anything in the fundamentals that should not be practiced while sick?

body heals itself
the purpose of practise is to speed it up
speeding is by ‘removing’ resistances and suppying supportives
food is external elixir for also physical
most of elixirs listed are rare foods.
listed above are consistedly not dense foods.
if just supperficial state that is transitor
so yin practice of being, not doing
(in so allowing body working space)
depression can be related to ungroudedness, not wantin to be here, while still having the pleasure of being rich
water instead of being digested/burned in the gut retreats back into the lungs/middle tan tien
practise is never wrong
ignorant practice produces chance results
similar goes for foundamentals
e.g. if energy is stuck going up this can be remedied by dredging it on to the front channel or just ‘dumping’ it in the gut
but gut can be weak
chi self massage
prostate massage (assway or chi-neitsangway)
plus solar plexus massaging
(being in e.g. wu chi stance grab or strap a significant weight
and lower for couple inches, raise back couple of inches)
(vertabrae work, kwa work, front bends, diagonal bends, twisting bends)
and undense foods
all un earth element
astral demands deeper study of ones mirror
