    TWIMC:

    Primo-Vascular System as Extra-Cellular Genetic Network and Meridian System

    CRITICAL POINTS 1:

    1) The system is thought to form at the foundation of embryonic development and function somewhat like a sponge mesh, and later, a “leaf”.

    2) DNA and other nucleic acids are shown to behave differently inside of the duct work, like biological “nano-particles”.

    3) There appears to be a direct confirmation of the polygonal scaffolding of currents and rotations.

    REFERENCE 1:

    ” (1) the PVS is an independent functional morphological system; (2) the superficial PVs and the extravascular PVs are connected by superficial nodes; (3) the deep PVs are connected by intravascular PVs, deep PNs, and organ nodes; (4) the superficial PNs have a muscular layer and various cells inside, and their structure is different from the deep PNs; and (5) the PNs have different kinds of nucleic acids, primarily DNA.

    A liquid, called “the primo fluid”, circulates in the PVS. Its flow is slower than blood flow and lymphatic flow. The primo fluid flows in one direction, attending blood flow. The liquid flow depends on the heart beat and on the pressures of the blood and the lymph. The PVS fluid has DNA outside the cell nucleus. The biochemical components of primo fluids are DNA, RNA, nitrogen, fats, reducing sugar, hyaluronic acid, 19 free amino acids, and 16 free mononucleotides. The routes of flow are interconnected, but relatively independent. Primo fluid circulates only in a specified region, but it can also be transmitted through interconnections with other pathways.

    The subvessels of the PVs are composed of endothelial cells with rod-shaped nuclei, smooth muscle cells, and adventitia. Fiber structures and amorphous substances exist among the subvessels. A membrane surrounds the whole primo vessel. The constituents of the PN are the subvessels and various cells. The subvessels are densely distributed, enlarged, and connected to each other. Kim developed his idea for the PVS by adding interior and exterior PVs.

    Primo vessels have bioelectrical activity, excitatory conductivity, and mechanical motility. The electrical activity changes in relation to stimuli to the PVs. The PVs have mechanisms to circulate the primo fluid actively. All nuclei of the tissue cells are connected to fine terminal subvessels, and these subvessels are connected to the primo vessels in a body’s organs. The PNs in an organ are connected to the organ’s tissue cells within a specified range. All PNs for the organs are connected to all meridians. The meridian structures start and end at the PNs for the organs.

    Primo fluid circulates from superficial PNs to deep PNs and then to an organ’s PNs and to the tissue cells. Changes in the primo fluid circulation affect the function of organ tissues. Stimulation of the PVs induces changes in the number of heart beats and the power of the heart, intestinal movement, and the fatigue curve of skeletal muscles. Cutting PVs causes prominent changes such as karyolysis, apoptosis in the cells and reduced excitability of nerves and muscle movement.

    The development of meridians (i.e., the PVS) takes place prior to the development of other organs such as blood vessels and the nervous system. The formation of the PV blast cell occurs within 7–8 hours after fertilization; the formation of the primordial PVs occurs within 10 h after fertilization; the formation of the primitive primo lumens occurs within 15 hours after fertilization; and the completion of the primo lumens occurs within 20–28 hours after fertilization. The PVS plays an important role during the development of an organism and seems to exist throughout the biological world, including in invertebrates, vertebrates, and plants. Living organisms keep themselves alive via regeneration following the sanal-cell cycle. Sanals (i.e., microcells) grow into cells, and cells become sanals. A sanalsome is a type of chromosome that forms when cells divide. The chromosome emerges in the metaphase of cell division. Hematopoietic organs such as bone marrow, spleen, and lymphatic nodes have well-developed PVs, the structures and functions of which are similar to PNs.”

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    CRITICAL POINTS 2:
    4) The system is thought to be directly related to regeneration and aging. A mesh-work of fibers is shown to surround tumors. This coincides with a root distribution system.
    “The PVS is found to be connected to tumor tissues growing
    in internal organs as well as on the fascia of tumor tissue. A direct relation of the PVS to tumor tissues was found in nude mouse experiments with the injection of
    cancer cells. The PVS was observed in the fascia wrapping
    tumor tissue that grew in the skin and was visualized by
    using the Trypan blue method. The PVS was hypothesized to
    play a double role: a novel path of metastasis and control of
    tumor tissue via acupuncture. The PVS may be utilized
    as a drug delivery path for cancer and for repair and
    regeneration of tissues.”
    Primo Vascular System as a New Morphofunctional Integrated System
    Miroslav Stefanov,Jungdae Kim
    http://www.nature.com/protocolexchange/protocols/2863#/introduction
    5) A different type of DNA, including free nucleic acids, is identified. These are hypothesized to be resonant at a bio-photonic level, facilitating a communication between the outer electromagnetic environment and core development system.
    “The PVS fluid has DNA outside the cell nucleus.”
    “Five types of cells float in the primo liquid. Type 3 cells
    are in the mitosis stage. Type 4 and type 5 cells contain
    granules with DNA that do not exist in other body liquids.”
    “Collagen is the main component of the connective tissue. The data indicate
    that collagen interferes with photon emissions emanating
    from biomolecular sources. This property of collagen facilitates
    the possibility of tuning photon emissions throughout
    an organism. This supports the hypothesis that the PVS
    acts as an optical channel of biophoton emission and that DNA
    may act as a photon store and coherent radiator. Biophotons
    may be electromagnetic signals that play a key role in cell
    development and differentiation.”
    “The biochemical components of primo fluids are DNA, RNA, nitrogen, fats, reducing sugar, hyaluronic acid, 19 free amino acids, and 16 free mononucleotides.
    The routes of flow are interconnected, but relatively independent.”
    “We propose a new vision of the anatomical basis for the PVS and the
    vital energydcalled “Qi”das an electromagnetic wave that is involved very closely with
    the DNA in the PVS. DNA provides genetic information and it functions as a store of information that can be obtained from the electromagnetic fields of the environment. The PVS is the communication system between living organisms and the environment, and it lies at the lowest level of life. The theory of the PVS could be a good basis for forming a newpoint of view of Darwin’s evolutionary theory.”
    OVERVIEW OF EARLY RESEARCH:
    OVERVIEW OF ORIGINAL PAPERS:
    http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2005290112001112
    “As a result of his experiments, he noticed that the BH corpuscles and ducts
    contained more nucleic acids, especially DNA, than any
    other tissues. Based on his observations, he concluded that
    the functions of the Kyungrak system were closely related
    to nucleic acids and to DNA in particular.
    …
    The sub-vessels have adventitia containing connective
    tissue and an amorphous substance [6] as supporting tissue.
    Also the PVS often lies in connective tissue. Collagen is the
    main component of connective tissue. Collagen is an
    abundant molecule with special properties, and data indicate
    that it has properties of interference with photon
    emission emanating from biomolecular sources. This property
    of collagen to interfere with photon-emitting
    processes facilitates the possibility of tuning photon emission
    throughout an organism, and it is a step towards the
    hypothesis that metabolism is regulated by a photon field
    [54]. This supports Soh’s hypothesis regarding the PVS
    as an optical channel of biophoton emission. Biophotons
    may be the electromagnetic signals that play a key role in
    the processes of cell development and differentiation. DNA
    may act as a photon store and coherent radiator. There
    is a suggestion that spontaneous ultraweak photon emission
    from cultured cells is mainly involved in the changes in the
    ploidy number that occur during the proliferative process of
    cancer cell lines.
    …
    Five types of cells float in the primo liquid [66]. Type
    four and five cells contain granules with DNA that do not
    exist in other body liquids. Type three cells are in the
    mitosis stage as the cells described by Bong-Han Kim.
    The authors suggest that the PVS may be a channel for cell
    migration and that the fifth cell type is the first step of cell
    proliferation. The organ-surface PVs and PNs contain
    a significant number of monocytes, eosinophils, mast cells,
    and macrophages supporting an immune function
    for the PVS (Fig. 4).
    The PVS in the vitelline membrane in eggs was observed
    within 16 to 24 hours of incubation, and the putative PVS was
    clearly developed earlier than the formation of the extraembryonic
    vessels, let alone the establishment of the heart
    and intramembranous vessels. This supports the idea
    that the embryonic PVS is like a matrix for the development
    of vessels and that the PVS has an early embryologic
    connection with the heart.”
    “Probably, the PNs can produce extracellular
    nuclear acids including DNA which forms one to two chromosomes.
    When the chromosomes leave the cell, they
    obtain a membrane. In fact, this would be the exocytose of
    DNA.
    …
    PVS fluid has DNA outside the cell nucleus.
    Comment: The significance of this phenomenon could be
    in the delivery of damaged tissues of nuclear acids to help
    in their recovery and regeneration. In the case of tumors,
    the primo fluid supplies cancer tissue with the correct DNA,
    in contrast to the modified DNA in the tumors cells.
    …
    The PVS carries the basic substances to
    create proteins. It could supply cells and tissues with
    substances for recovery and regeneration of damaged
    structures. The primo fluid helps damaged cells recover
    their structures by constructing new proteins. The DNA in
    the PVS fluid carries information on how to repair the cells.”
    on the Primo Vascular System
    “The primo vascular system (PVS) is a newly found organ, which is distributed throughout the entire body. The system is composed of nodes storing many small cells and thin vessels branching out from the nodes. Inside the vessel there are multiple subvessels. The PVS is found in and on most organs, including the brain, and interestingly inside some lymph and blood vessels. The PVS is normally difficult to visualize due to its semitransparent optical property and its small size, which may be the main reason why it was not discovered until recently. The diameter of primo vessels (PVs) is in the range of 20-50 μm and the size of a primo node (PN), 100-1,000 μm. The outermost layer of the PVS is more porous than that of blood or lymph capillary vessels, and the nuclei of the PVS endothelial cells are rod shaped. Important PVS properties reported are: in the fluid inside the PVS, there are cells presenting stem cell markers CD133, Oct4, and Nanog, which may imply that this system has a role in regeneration. Another very important finding is its potential relevance to cancer. According to results from an animal study using xenografts of various cancer types (lung, ovarian, skin, gastric cancer, and leukemia), as the tumor grows, the PVS is formed in a high density in the vicinity of the tumor. In addition, it was shown that PVs connect the primary and secondary tumors and that cancer cells were transported via the PVs in an active manner. In this report, we illustrated the formation of the PVS in breast cancer, and using the green fluorescent protein-expressing gastric cancer cell lines, we observed the cancer cell movement from the primary to the secondary sites during the cancer progression. ”
    The research is originally Korean and began in 1960’s with a specific goal of localizing physical meridians.
    The point here is a bio-mesh which is the physical layer of the “energy” body.
    The work has been followed up internationally until now and is solid, although some is contested.
    Primary points:
    The system is identified as truly its own system and treatable as such.
    The system is identified as a “root” regeneration network with a pre-cursory foundation in the early days of the embryo.
    That foundation works like a branching sponge mesh with its own specialized cells and fluid transport.
    The system contains special “free DNA” and building materials.
    The system becomes aggravated or accelerated around tumorous cells.
    The researchers indicate that it is traceable and scan-able by the listed means.
    IMHO: The main issue here is the specialized cell and tendril structure.
    This is basically it. They show interconnection with collagen networks as well.
    I still think there is is substance to the polarized water channels as well.
    If anyone is interested, I will pull out the specific methods and list them later.
    Fairly straight forward but when left in Chinese with translations of the names and the more modern number system used for TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) they all seem to be quite mysterious. But by the time we are out of school most of us already know that being struck in the temples, neck, back of the neck or between the legs is painful and disabling. The same could be said for kicking out the knees or stabbing fingers into the eyes, obvious and non magical. But to refer back to the name of the skills “Dian Xue” (Dim Mak) we need to have accurate and well connected powerful strikes to these places in order for them to work. This is the reason they are still skills that need training in body mechanics to generate force, timing in order to be able to find openings when they appear and accuracy so when the opportunity arises we can actually strike the targets. Without these, there is no reason to move forward into lesser known locations that are harder to learn and strike. The trinity of power, speed and timing in martial arts is often overlooked as the ‘obvious’ part of training. The thing is without looking at the real basics deeply and training them well, intermediate or advanced skills are unattainable.
    Traditional Eastern medicine has had a successful existence for a long time and has provided functional paths for curing disease. However, some scientists do not accept acupuncture, primarily because the meridian system lacks a physical anatomical basis. To date, scientific theories have not been able to explain the functional paths used by traditional Eastern medicine to cure disease. According to Western medicine, no known anatomical foundation exists for the meridians and unknown nervous, circulatory, endocrine, and immune mechanisms mediate the effects of acupuncture. In the early 1960s, only one hypothesis was proposed to explain the anatomical basis of the meridians. By using different experimental approaches during the past 10 years, the number of scientific papers that report the discovery of different anatomical and physiological evidence confirming the existence of an anatomical basis for the meridian system has increased. Morphological science is greatly challenged to offer a new biomedical theory that explains the possible existence of new bodily systems such as the primo vascular system (PVS). The PVS is a previously unknown system that integrates the features of the cardiovascular, nervous, immune, and hormonal systems. It also provides a physical substrate for the acupuncture points and meridians. Announcements of the morphological architectonics and the function of the PVS fundamentally changed the basic understanding of biology and medicine because the PVS is involved in the development and the functions of living organisms. We propose a new vision of the anatomical basis for the PVS and the vital energy—called “Qi”—as an electromagnetic wave that is involved very closely with the DNA in the PVS. DNA provides genetic information and it functions as a store of information that can be obtained from the electromagnetic fields of the environment. The PVS is the communication system between living organisms and the environment, and it lies at the lowest level of life. The theory of the PVS could be a good basis for forming a new point of view of Darwin’s evolutionary theory. Discoveries in morphological theory—such as discoveries with respect to the PVS—have not been made since the 18th century. For that reason, the PVS needs more attention.
    …the research is originally Korean and began in 1960’s with a specific goal of localizing physical meridians…the system is identified as a “root” regeneration network with a pre-cursory foundation in the early days of the embryo…
    Very interesting material but the ancient theories don’t necessarily need any new methods and modern science.
    I admit that I have chosen Ayurveda (primarily because of both spoken and written language considerations) for serious study instead of Classical/Traditional Chinese medicine, but in the end it’s of course practical matter.
    … the point here is a bio-mesh which is the physical layer of the “energy” body…
    This is the reason why I would suggest to get hands-on training also with pulse reading as early as possible. This means on one’s own body. That besides posture, breath and various other manipulations.
    …a liquid, called “the primo fluid”, circulates in the PVS. Its flow is slower than blood flow and lymphatic flow. The primo fluid flows in one direction, attending blood flow. The liquid flow depends on the heart beat and on the pressures of the blood and the lymph…
    That Ayurvedic marma/nadi vijnana has to do particularly with these systems.
