I hope you are enjoying the Fall season.
I invite you to join me for a special Qi Gong course during November and December 2011. The form is a beautiful, elegant, powerful Qi Gong form; it is called Wu Ji Gong or Primordial Qi Gong. I call it Dancing in the Dao.
Wu Ji Gong comes from the legendary founder of Tai Chi Chuan: Zhang, Sanfeng. It has been passed on that he created Wu Ji Gong as an inner form of self-cultivation (Nei Gong). This unique form gathers external Qi from our environment and circulates it and inner energies throughout the body. These energies are a powerful internal medicine. Wu Ji Gong harmonizes your emotions, increases energy and allows the natural expression of your spirit.
Wu Ji Gong can be practiced in 10-15-minutes. It is performed to the four directions and includes unique moving to the left and right directions.
This is a uniquely balanced form. Wu Ji Gong is a moving meditation that cultivates the three treasures: the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life.
Wu Ji Gong is easy to learn and fun to practice and complements any meditation, Qi Gong, Yoga or exercise program. Come Dance in the Dao with David!
