Primordial Qigong in Santa Monica April 7th and 8th

Michael will be in Santa Monica this weekend teaching Primordial Qigong. There’s still space, no need to pre-register.

Learn the original 800 year old lineage form of Zhang San Feng, the 13th century founder of Tai Chi. This 15 minute form is easy to learn, yet uniquely powerful. It is totally different from tai chi martial or soft “health” styles taught today. Its ancient name was “wuji gong”, which literally means “develops skill for entering the Supreme Mystery”. It is often translated as “Primordial Qigong” or “Primordial Tai Chi”.

This form, a unique, cosmological qigong, integrates the magic square of feng shui, the dynamic inner coupling of Taoist alchemy, the healing benefits of medical qigong, and the earthly transmission power of China’s original tai chi form, enhanced with Feldenkrais super-learning exercises.
