Let’s say you were shopping for a martial arts instructor. You might see how many trophies he has won at respectable tournaments.
Or if you were looking for a dance instructor, you might do similar research.
Here, I am assessing this Healing Tao system. The system makes claims about improving health, sexual performance and psychic powers.
The health claims were substantiated with over 3500 studies.
The sex claims… well… I have run into people who achieved ejaculation control with this technique.
So we come to the psychic claims… people with remote viewing powers have demonstrated these powers under experimental settings.
And finally, one thing I dont notice in the course offerings from Chia or Winn is a course on proper diet. Clearly they know about it, but it seems to be woven into the teachings all over the place as opposed to taught in a separate course.
In the case of food, there is the chinese five element theory of food, as well as how that realates to our astrology. But there is no need to carry around charts or build a religion around it. If you open those eight channels this creates the intuition that will give you the advice on what to eat or if you should eat live in the moment, of course you have to be open to it and the bigger the box you give it the more room it has to work with. You still may want to learn the theorys, and have your chart done as they might help give you perspective on your intuitions.
Also everyones process or “special abilities” are differnt so I would not limmit my self to what others achieve or do not acheive.
