Medical and Spiritual Qigong (Chi Kung)

Recently i’ve been exploring and thinking about the function of devotion and how it works. Devotion has had a significant effect on me in my spiritual practise. This has always been related to religious practise.
I talked about this with other people, and one person told me about secular devotion, and explained more about it to me.
He gave me the opera singer Paul Potts as an example.
Look at this video of Paul Potts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1k08yxu57NA
When Paul sings his devotion, passion, feeling and breathing becomes one. If you look closely at the video you can see he hold his hands at his dantian. He sings from his second chakra. When you do this, you can touch the soul of other people. This is what he does when several people in the audience starts to cry after a few seconds of his singing! He is not even aware of what he is doing but acts from instinct.
I find this very interesting. Just wanted to share 🙂
