Medical and Spiritual Qigong (Chi Kung)

Hello,
I’ve practised qigong 8 years, gradually and now more and more when I practise qigong at upper chest/breast/heart area and move my hands I get a wonderful sensation that I am a like a musical instrument that I play, that I “play” on my energies like strings and there’s a beautiful and an intimate openeness to it. The energy in itself feels completly “still”, like a still and silent ocean, and when I “play” and stir it up I get those incredible sensations.. And that it’s free for anyone to “listen” to. I have also felt this in different ways outside of meditation. Last time it felt as if I was turned into clay/paint and that I am the substance the universe is made off, and that I am being molded/painted with all the time by the universe, and that I am being “born” in every moment as an act of creation. It’s a sensation of beauty.
I am very curious to hear if anyone have experienced anything similiar and able to explain what’s happening from a taoistic viewpoint/perspective. I’ve not really read much theory about meditation and qigong.
You are part of the Dao, and inseparable from it.
That is all you really need know.
Let the experience teach you directly, rather than
trying to fit some academic theory to your direct
experience. Your experience will always be more accurate
than someone’s words that express their ideas of what
they have never directly experienced.
In any case, thanks for sharing.
