I am practicing sexual chi kung everyday and I think this practice is just amazing. My only problem is that doing the entire form is a little long. I was asking myself if, once you get to higher alchemical levels, doing only the selected moves at the beginning of the dvd (deep heart pulsing, cosmic swimming dragon and marriage of heaven) is the best thing to do. I am asking that because those are the one you selected for the introductory video and you state that these practices are particulary beneficial, and they also seem deeper and more internal.

William McDuffAll the qigong practices become more internalized over time as the pathways open up. Then you move to a more spontaneous choice of what to practice, or rottate doing different forms to keep a balanced flow. It all depends on your appetite for growth and ability to absorb. I would work next on going deeper into fundamentals 3/4 and Fusion to ground the sexual energy.
