Michael first and foremost I want to congratulate you on releasing
such great products, I just received my CKF 1 DVD & CKF2 DVD/CD the other day and have to say that these products are top quality and are very easy to follow.
My question is when performing the Seated healing sounds, do you inhale visualising the colour which corresponds to the organ and sound you are working on. For example when doing the lung sound I inhale filling my lungs with white chi and then visualise a cloud of white chi leaving my body when I perform the healing sound. I do it in that manner for all of the organs. Is this correct?

Hi Daniel, I haven’t seen Michael on the boards for a bit and thought I would put out my experience, which is always growing and changing. It sounds like technically you are following the method and have it correct, inhale the pure color and exhale with the sound.
I have wondered where does this color come from? Where are we inhaling it from? Is it that we are tapping into an already clear and radiating source from within ourselves?
When we let the sound go what are we releasing? Is it just like cleaning house? Bring in pure soap and wash away the dirt?
Questions stimulate but the experiences are real. I feel differently into each color. Sometimes I don’t feel anything and don’t believe any of it. Hehe.
I think the basic premise is that we are drawing on a deeper part of our nature with awareness and focusing this on aspects ourselves that may be stuck- physical, emotional, mental, spiritual- in the organs/shen/elements of which we are comprised.
I can spend so much time berating myself for who I am, but to just go in with purity pisses off my inner critic but calms the savage. Be well, babaJuly 13, 2005 at 6:02 pm #6320
I don’t have Michael’s tape and every teacher is a bit different but that is basically the way I was taught it.
I was taught to visualize grey colored “bad chi” leaving the organs on the exhale, but I don’t see any problem with keeping the color you inhaled with. I view the color more as a tool of mental focus than having some magic property.
The sound you make on the exhale can be viewed that way too (i.e. a tool of focus and communion with the organ) but it is also seen by many as having an actual energetic and vibratory effect on the organ itself.
Speaking of colors, I was also taught that after the exhale, you should see the color in your organ. For instance, after exhaling with the lung sound, sit for a second or two (either not inhaling or breathing normally) and picture/see/feel your lungs filled with white, and perhaps even hear the sssss sound vibrating in them.
Hope that helps. Would love to hear other variations on this.
