Michael,
Just a quick question, when doing the Orbit meditation I use either the Short sip or long sip breathing techniques to get the Chi flowing in the orbit, on the Audio you state that we use these techniques to only get the Chi flowing, Ok so once the Chi is flowing do we just observe the feeling of the flowing orbit or can I also visualize a glowing light flowing through my body. I guess I just want to know what do I concentrate on once I have got the chi flowing in the orbit.
Thanks
Daniel

I suggest you relax and surrender any resistance to the flow, so it will continue spontaneously on its own. All methods mentioned above are just kickstarters – whether you use breath, color, or sound. My favorite for developing inner will and dissolving blockages is the wudang mtn method, as it mixes the chi and blood and concentrates the inner will while opening the balanced flow in the orbit at the same time.
