Michael :
in the microcosmic orbit, for the water wheel, are we supposed to stretch our hands out in front of us while scoopiong the chi up the front channel center line?
in the merger of heaven and earth, after we put our hands back as if resting head on a pillow are we supposed to pull them over our head in the manner you do on the 8 extraordinary vessels dvd? and directly after that when we move hands down front channel and release to earth, when we grasp chi are we supposed to do so with our backs bend over or are we supposed to grasp chi after moving hands down front channel and then actualize pulling chi up perineum and around orbit?
when our hands are behind our head as if resting on a pillow and we are stretching the spine, are we supposed to stretch in a C like motion and reverse C like motion with our hands still behind our head or is having them behind our head and resting head back as if on a pillow considered stretching the spine one way and is bending head, tucking chin in and moving the hands and energy over head considered the reverse stretch?
Also in your lesser kan and li audio tape when we move the fire and water into the core channel to couple them, do we simply actualize that the water is moving down into the fire and that the fire is moving up into the water to become a coupled vesica pisces? also in that mantak and maneewan chia book that came with the audio tape, it says the fire is the stove and the water is the cauldron and to not let the water spill into the stove, but if when steaming the steam comes from the cauldron which is in the space between the coupled water and fire, how can the water be the cauldron??

yes, as demonstrated on video.
>in the merger of heaven and earth, after we put our hands back as if resting head on a pillow are we supposed to pull them over our head in the manner you do on the 8 extraordinary vessels dvd?
The movement is slightly different for opening the orbit – hands are aligned with each other as the chi is moving over the du mai channel.
On the 8 extra video, you are working the gall bladder channels that run tandem over the crown of the head on eithier side of the du mai (governor vessel). So the hands are separated.
>and directly after that when we move hands down front channel and release to earth, when we grasp chi are we supposed to do so with our backs bend over or are we supposed to grasp chi after moving hands down front channel and then actualize pulling chi up perineum and around orbit?
In 8 Extra you bend over and pul up the deep earth chi. Repeated focus on this will produce a very dense feeling in your palms. The flow is continuous from deep earth to soles of feet to hui yin to spine.
>when our hands are behind our head as if resting on a pillow and we are stretching the spine, are we supposed to stretch in a C like motion and reverse C like motion with our hands still behind our head or is having them behind our head and resting head back as if on a pillow considered stretching the spine one way and is bending head, tucking chin in and moving the hands and energy over head considered the reverse stretch?
The latter is correct. the key is the elbows pulling in close to the face. That will also open up spine.
>Also in your lesser kan and li audio tape when we move the fire and water into the core channel to couple them, do we simply actualize that the water is moving down into the fire and that the fire is moving up into the water to become a coupled vesica pisces?
The communication skill with the shen developed in fusion is used to align them with their prmal fire and water nature. The instructions are quite explicit, and numerous methods to achieve this are given.
>also in that mantak and maneewan chia book that came with the audio tape, it says the fire is the stove and the water is the cauldron and to not let the water spill into the stove, but if when steaming the steam comes from the cauldron which is in the space between the coupled water and fire, how can the water be the cauldron??
You will have to ask Mantak, as I don’t teach this.
The cauldron, in my view, is the pure space of the dantian where the chi completes itself. The primal fire and water forces are held in this space to stabilize your post-natal awareness of the formless within the cauldron space. The presence of these primal forces also accelerate the movement of true yin and true yang chi coming into manifestation. You can easily go into this space without those forces, but progress will be much slower.
Hope this helps.
