1. I was wondering about the alchemical transformations that may or may not take place with yawning?
2. In Transform Stress it teaches about how bad breath smells come from the organ’s having stuck chi, I am wondering if anyone here has cured chronic bad breath with the healing sounds? It seems to make perfect sense and perhaps be very effective.
3. My father has bi polar. I was thinking of teaching him the healing sounds. I was thinking I might mention that presciption drugs only supress disease rather than cure it…? I am wondering if any practicing taoists use synthetic mental medication/s in conjunction with meditation? I will add that he has chronic bad breath, and perhaps that would be a measure of healing. Of course, I will teach my mother the meditation/s as well.
4. Ear plugs. I find it is very hard to cure one’s internal organs (and thus bad breath, lol) with external noise distractions abound. Does anyone know about REALLY GOOD earplugs? What is the best kind? Unfortuently I live with two woman who talk on the phone a lot and a bunch of routy boys live downstairs…so much for a hermitage! smiles
