After sexual practices some times feel raw jin-chi in body. How prevent this?March 31, 2011 at 12:17 pm #37109
Take excess jingqi to the heart, and let the
heart fire take care of it.
Prevention involves more distribution of the
jingqi through the orbit.
So ultimately, it goes back to previous recommendations.
Look to more orbit practice . . . and more grounding to
reduce chaotic/volatile nature.

Depending on where you are at with your practice, storing sexual energy/Jing in the heart helps to open the heart center and balance the heart and kidney water/fire elements as Steven said, although activating their virtues will help to balance them more. Circulation is also good as it distributes the jing qi throughout all the pathways, and jing qi is nourishing by nature.
I would also suggest some form of virtue practice to balance it and give it intention/purpose otherwise if it is being used unconsciously it can amplify undesirable aspects or imbalances of the five shen.
If you are practicing fusion or kan and li, these will help to give the jing qi purpose by using it to amplify the virtues (fusion), by giving it a direction or spiritual aspect to attach to and help grow. If you are practicing Kan and Li, jing qi will automatically help boost your meditation by giving substance to the yuan qi present, and promote further kan and li cultivation by attaching jing to it and boosting it. Certain aspects of your inner resistance may find reasons not to do this, but in the long run, I have found this to be the best way to transform raw jing qi.
I have also been realizing lately that intention plays a huge role in EVERY meditation (for me).April 1, 2011 at 3:02 am #37113
Im understand that my problem was in transformation. Also im very fast circulate energy in my orbit so my jing have no time to transform. Now im understand that its very important to keep energy after orgasm in higher centers, and have some pause for transformation and admission in this centers.
Oh, its helps me very much.
Thanks for help
