Hello all
Did you miss me? I had a great time. There so much I could say. I will try to make it short and sweet. The first day the energy was light fast and up in the air. The big crystals are fun to play with but I moved on pretty quick. Seeing things and opening the upper dan tien was a peace of cake there I think it was designed that way. So it made getting rooted and opening the lower dan tien that much more important. Because of this buzz there sleeping was intense if at all( that and some love birds above me kept me up late on the last night) though I still felt fine. I had to draw up the earth energy mix it with the energy above then bring it down and ground it. The healing smile practice there was wonderful. One healing smile stands out as far as out of the norm. In the practice my body had washed away there was me smiling from my golden center I was surrounded in light blue with this light coming from some source other then me so I checked it out it was another golden orb. I smiled to it we made a golden connection yaahhoo. I ask for help with feeling conjested around the heart and more small golden orbs surounded a center golden orb that I felt as my heart. The orbs arranged them selves in the space of the tree of life and I could feel my heart space open up. Then I guided it to my center. I felt I could have had it going longer but I am quick to go to my center with things. So that was cool but besides the fire works what keeps me going is this greater sence of openes and relationship with the life force. I feel like inviting things in to my acceptance as well as radiating it. The fire works that celabrate freedom are nice but its the freedom that lasts. The food was great and what ever Barry is eating sign me up. I will not say his age but he looks great for his age. I got to meet Steve, Damon, and Barry nice energy all around. I met tons of wonderful people with great storys. If your Jealous GOOD go to heavanly Mountain.PS there might be pictures of Me, Barry, Damon, & Steve coming.

It was great meeting you and the Fundamentals 1-4 class at Heavenly Mountain. What an energetic experience. Having the lower Dan Tien open up was very interesting. Wednesday every vital organ and most all of my meridians were pulsing with energy. At one point Wednesday night all three Dan Tiens were pulsing energy back and forth. This Qigong stuff is very fun.
The last inner smile meditation produced quite a vision. Seeing that portal open up with a star field and a deep black expanse was great. The presence there was so warm, friendly and kind. Perhaps I’ll detail what I saw later.
The Qi filed at heavenly Mountain was addicting. Back here at home I need to figure out how to cultivate the Qi field.
Any suggestions?
Bob from Florida
PS the wire hitter works great for bone awareness…..
