Yes, it is a normal process in your body, Bagua. I already said that, just as the microcosmic orbit is also a process in your body. Now can you answer my question about pearls and orgasms, in my reply please.

The reason I want people to know that “Steaming” is a normal process in the body is they do not mistakenly believe tao alchemy creates this, healthy living, exercise, meditation, sound, mantra, chanting, (michael has these chanting of vowels/sounds), and Chia chants the trigrams of the ba gua, all enhance the steaming process, tai ji does too. And taoist have lots of invications.
The steam has a natural path and transformation process. Formulas play with these natural processes, they may or may not cause the result that is claimed, much more is involved in this, like maturity, living the adivise of tao te ching, following this advice causes alchemical change.
Cultivating sexual abilities can be fun and enjoyable, has little to do with spirual realization.

Though, I do not know yet exactly what the kan and li practices have in store, I don't think that the whole formula is just an acceleration of the natural process. Although, I do agree with you, as alchemy does speed human evolution. If you agree with me that inner alchemy is not just awareness of natural processes, as in maunfacturing a pearl, then you would also agree with me that it isn't just living life naturally, there's more to it than being aware of the natural process. Your misintepretation of my statements is a high form of alchemy, changing and transforming them in an instant.
I have a very open mind to all spiritual traditons and believe each has the same realization as its goal, for me even the Tao Alchemical formulas are really about “restoring” one to that normal condition, isn’t this what Yin-Yand is about, not creating something new, but I can understand how one can confuse the two.

Um, I seem to remember a number of posts back “Cessation” put a version of the diamond sutra on the board that was accompanied by a list of promised attainable “superpowers” like walking through walls:
