Nice piece. I Believe global warming is a reflection of mass consciousness, are effect on earth and the great chi field. I do not see water rising or hurricanes as a problem. The problem I see is our ability to flow as a society.
This is not to say that you do not think this. Just sharing.:)
I don’t know about the rest of Europe, but in Belgium, every student has/is going to watch the movie, every politician went in group to see the movie, on the news they invite everyone to go see it, on the street, in my shop, everyone starts to talk about the weather, which is very warm, too warm for the time of year… people start to awake, and we better awake fast, because things occur much faster than predicted, even in their worst case scenario’s.
We cut our cars back to 0… no cars, no emission, we walk, bike, take trains, and for the most difficult trajects we use car sharing, we share one car with 4 families. I am not gonna wait for the rest of the world to make a change, change yourself, do your best as it was your last day, be responsible and take action.
Holland and Belgium will be wiped away when sea level rises, at least I want to say: I tried!
I hope poeple in Belgium remember it is beautiful people like your self that makes Belgium great.
I would like to see building that work with nature instead of the MC-Buldings we have here in America. I realy enjoyed watching that guy biuld a stone circle using gavity and water to raise giant rocks. I heard of an idea to build house that would hold to the ground more the stronger the wind blow.
My dream house would be round and partially underground for sleeping quarters and having a natural round grass roof top, something like ancient ‘burrial’ mound yet with windows in it. Natural camouflage 🙂
So far people wanted to build up in the sky, reaching for the heavens, yet time to return to the earth, building downwards.
If anyone starts a project like that I am in…I support making your actions conscious, as well as working with nature. I am watching this eco movement to see if it gets twisted like other movements in your past. I alredy see a problem in the think that change is bad and that we can slow it down or stop it by being good consumers. I hope as Alchemists we will be good examples to people on how to work with change. If we try to heal this earth before we heal our selves it will fail. Even if people do all that was recommended it still will not stop the warming of this planet. The sort of kan and li that is happening at the bootom of the sea is in responce to our internal health. If we get healthy this world will change in responce.
