When one is “sealing the belt channel” in Deep Healing Qigong, does the weight stay over the same point of the foot for the whole time – and if so, which point? Or does the weight shift – and if so, how?
There is a little bit of a gentle rocking forward-and-back from the balls of the feet to the heels, coordinated with the movement of the hands . . . as the hands go back, so does the weight.

Just wondering if there’s a similar gentle rocking during the Fusing of the Five Vapours? Or does the weight remain on the heels?
The way I do it, the weight stays on the heels.
Truth be told, there is a little bit of a rocking feeling, but it is very slight and restricted to the heels . . . and not visibly noticeable (its more internal).
