Lately during the practices, especially when I do Maoshan five elements Zhang Zhuang and during Wudang orbit, shakes me really like lol …
Have anyone else similar experiences?
I have had this happen before.
This typically happens if you are experiencing more qi flow than usual, and then this qi flow hits a blockage, which then clears the blockage, followed by resumption of previous flow. So, if this is something you are experiencing in the short-term, it’s a good sign and sign of progress as you are clearing out some stuck patterns in your body.
Of course, the goal in the long-term is be free of blockages and to strengthen the physical body to be able to handle larger amounts of qi flow. So it is undesirable to see these be frequent in the long-term. If they were, one would need to self-question why the body is not strengthening and/or why blockages keep getting reinstalled (e.g. some attachment to clearing blockages, or some self-sabotaging pattern that is imprinting layers of resistance)
