Does anyone here practice this form of qigong? Or has practiced it?
How do/did you like it?
I “discovered” it about a week or two ago and practise it almost daily. I found it is very nice and simple. It stimulates the flow of energy well. I think I like Harmony of the universe most so far.
(I`m talking about the 1st level active exercises of Spring Forest.)
Is Breathing of the Universe similar to Ocean Breathing?
