Hello
I have started to practise tai-chi at a club. I´m also happy that some of my friends are coming with me. Two of them was with me in my yoga group where we did practise from Yudeloves system together. The yoga group is no longer and I practise otherwise in the system by myself. One other girl which is my best friend did practise mantak chia exercises with me in my beginning practise. She then almost stoped practising qigong and taoist yoga, but she enjoy us with tai-chi.
I´m interested in the new practise, but know litle. Just enjoy the guiding and have just done it twice jet. It feels like I will continue this for a wery long time though.
The teachers think I do quite well, perhaps the iron shirt practises have given me some advantage. Normally I am not so physicall and learning quite slow. But perhaps the taoist practises for ten years have changed that a bit. My former karate teacher also thought I had practised martial art before, which I has not.

learning body structure. If you’ve spent a
long time doing Iron Shirt practices, you’ve
already trained yourself in structure, so the
learning will proceed faster. I suspect that
your previous karate is helping as well in
the same way.The longer one devotes energy to body-learning,
the easier it becomes to pick up new practices
that also involve body-learning.Tai Chi is a good complement to Qigong and Tao Yin.
Have fun,

But they give the practioner time to both.I still find it difficult to get the structure right in my iron shirt practises but still I have improved. Most in that way that I have started to like this kind of practises.
I have no big idea ower where the tai-chi will take me. I just follow the instructions for the moment and play with them.
I have noticed that even though quite or wer tiered when starting the tai-chi I feel good afterwards.
I did meet the teacher that started the club for ower 30 years ago. I met hem yesterday. When practising together. Liked hem.
I do more iron shirt at home inbetwean the tai-chi classes, which I do just once every week for the moment. I think that I will do tai-chi for many years to come so there is no need to hurry learning anything. Just to play.
They have a good atitude towards how you learn new things and that is wery nice.
I also read some from mantak chias book about tai-chi. That also helps me to find my way I think.
