This article says it just doesn’t matter: lose weight either by diet or exercise and the fat burn will be the same..
although exercise is supposed to be better for heart/respiration/etc
Also says more muscle mass does not increase metabolism
What do chi folks think? It seems to me that if the I Ching-DNA- Meridian connection is true, there is some sort of “higher” healthier metabolic gear that is working in some people that makes them “cook” better..
It seems like long term exercise might do this, but also seems like something that would have to be fine tuned..
?
the layering of the “heart” center within the water center via the daimo (I think it is called).. the channel between the heart and kidneys.. seems like maybe some people just run deeper and hotter as fire in water there..like the “hidden heat” of the “dark” aspect of the sun
for instance it seems like some diabetics may be all washed up.. with a water center that is out of fire, or no buried fie in the water..
