Sun, Moon, Earth : Communion

I would like to offer something to you, a means of communing with the heavenly bodies of our Sun, Moon and Earth.

The recordings below are the actual emissions manifested by these great neighbours of ours who will be with us when we are born and when we die. In so many ways they are our guardians, our source of nourishment and existence.

We often regard human society as our home, but there is a larger view of our home.

I suggest that you download these recordings put them on your ipods and sit in meditation with them, lighting incense and a candle. As you sit and immerse yourself with the song of the Sun, try to enter into actual communion with the Sun itself. Although millions of miles from us, this is a short distance in the universe. Each moment its light pours onto the Earth providing our nourishment. We can feel the beautiful Sun at all times.

Visualise the Sun, not a picture of the Sun, big the Sun itself, now, and commune with it. In other words through your consciousness enter into relationship the Sun itself. The actual Sun. Feel its presence. Not imagination but try to feel it, as you may try to feel the Earth who’s large field and presence we are so drowned in that we forget that we sit walk stand and lie on a planet.

Each body has its signature, like any human or tree. Much can be understood even though we exist on a different scale from these great bodies.

Pan Gu and other Qigongs are beautiful teachings to feel these forces, but … there comes a time when you stop performing something you saw on a DVD and you enter life itself, now, here as it is. And you enter into relationship not with an idea, but with a being.

The Earth is particularly magical and vibrant and dynamic, the sound mirrors exactly our knowledge of this planet and its bounty.
