Hi,
I just received the video: Tai chi for enlightenment Primordial Qigong. It says, turn to the right facing north.
I leave in the middle east.When I face east and turn right i come to the south and not to the north
(I leave in the middle east)So, should I turn to the right and face the south
or turn to the left and face the north?Primorial Qigong goes counter-clockwise, regardless of what hemisphere you are on. There was a detailed discussion recently regarding this. Although it was mainly for Deep Healing Qigong, there was also discussion of Primordial as well, as they go in opposite directions. See thread below (link takes to the middle, where he discusses PQ):
You start facing east.
You turn left at each stage.
After turning left 3 times, you are facing south and have completed one round of the Earth cycle. Then start the Heaven cycle and keep turning left until reaching south again. Then start the next cycle of Earth turning left 3 times until reaching west, etc.
