note: this study is particularly interesting because it compared four groups:
1. no intervention
2. walking exercise
3. social interaction group
4. tai chi group
Tai Chi group (short set comparable to qigong) showed the only dramatic improvement.
Study involved cooperation between western and chinese universities.
