Once the three Asanas are attained, we arrive in an environment of Stillness… Silence… Transparency. This is the Fertile Ground into which the Kriyas are planted. The following forms a basic outline of the Actions that have been revealed to this devotee upon the Way.
1. The Sacred Heart… Awakening the Heart of Compassion.
2. Mantra… Initiating the listening for the Holy Sound, Orn.
3. Khecharimudra… Opening the Mouth of God.
4. Om… Awakening the Holy Sound.
5. Kundalini Pranayam… Initiating the flow of Prana.
6. Balance… Equalizing the flow of Prana and Apana.
7. The Cosmic Eye… Opening the path of Cosmic Viewing.
8. Resonance… Merging Prana, Om and Light.
9. Mahapranayam… Spherical Breathing.
10, hOMe… Gathering in the Seat of the Soul.
11. Om Tat Sat… The Journey to the Star.
12. Samadhi… Superconscious Reunion.
