Medical and Spiritual Qigong (Chi Kung)

I posted this many many years ago, but I felt it now time to present to a new audience. Even if you saw it before, I recommend a re-watch. It is among just a handful of things that I think are remarkably brilliant, especially if you watch from a spiritual lens.
The Maxx is a short 13-episode series, each only 10 minutes long.
So if you are short on time, you can watch one or two episodes, then come back periodically to finish it out. It was played on MTV in 1995. I encourage you to have the patience to watch the whole series.
The complex emotional and psycho-spiritual themes get more intricate as you get deeper into the series–the storyline builds–so pay attention, or you might get lost. Around episode 10 or 11, they give a short recap to help you out.
Also–pay attention as you watch; see if you notice the yin-yang
symbol in one of the episodes 🙂
Qi,
Steven
I noticed that the full episode list I posted here leaves out the extra episode that lives between episode 10 and 11 . . . a special 10 minute recap of the first 10 episodes by Mr. Gone. I assumed it was there, because I have the complete series saved on my computer, and when it originally aired, the recap played immediately before episode 11, making the clip of episode 11 appear to be 20 minutes long. I didn’t notice that it was left out of the feed I put up in the main post, as I just saw all 13 episodes and assumed it was there.
In any case, to those that may be interested, here it is:
Episode 10.5
(it is divided into two 4-minutes parts, the second part will play after the first finishes)

I remember when that show was on. I don’t think I watched a lot of it though. I was a stoner kid at the time though…
I think most were.
If memory serves, I think I only quit smoking pot about a year previous.
