Any western government can nationalize any patent on security basis.
Then even inventor can not disclose it. Or further it. Or use it (would have to check fully this).
Cause then it would be intrusion on patent law.There is a case of man who invented ‘hearing-through-skin’ gadget.
It was nationalized. In USA.
His effords in that way were blocked.He invented a next generation on enough different principle to be applicable for patent application.
Then he made information public (probably immediately after filing patent application. this made his application valid, but the patent free to use).
This makes nationalization ineffective.
You cannot patent a public idea. Thus you cannot make a national patent out of something that is public idea.Yes you have corrected me.
What i meant was that my invention cannot be fully understood as the patent exists.
Because all is not there.
So at this time no one would be able to figure out its full nature.

Master Zhong Yun Lung is the Head Priest of Wudang Temple in China.

It would be an easy way to settle this but it won’t work on the internet.
Master Longs English is too poor to engage in a dialog via the net.
Also my invention is way to complicated to be presented here.

By the way, many people from China well speaking English and using Internet. They can help to enable the dialog with MASTER Longs.
