I have been reading some more of chia’s books because I dont have the money yet to buy winn’s DVDs and the only resource I can get for now.
I guess the missing thing in my practice was the storing of energy in my navel in the microcosmic orbit properly. I didn’t knew there was a spinning 36 times clockwise then 24 counter clockwise after you bring down the energy into the navel with a controlled feeling of really “sucking it into the navel” which is not included in the multiorgasmic book. Maybe this is the reason why my jing goes up back up even if I bring them down.
My current struggle is emptying my mind of this cold and sticky energy by sucking it on my eyebrows by breathing and focusing through it and it seems to pull in the energy from my nape in a small, sticky and gooey crawl. It’s quite hard because there is an awful lot stored in there and when I stop to do other things the energy churns inside my head like some big and long worm living inside my brain that I sometimes have to massage my head and face to bring my attention to my current work.
The good thing I am not feeling any emotional imbalances which I am warned with.
But you know what, I was thinking what is Chia thinking when he printed that MO book. What if the guy that read it doesn’t have internet connection and couldn’t get help? Doesn’t he thought that what if the guy thinks of suicide and was amplified by kundalini syndrome? Or worse, thinks of spilling his anger on the world with a gun at hand?
Even the book “Taoist secrets of love cultivating the male sexual energy” which I thought was more complete than MO doesnt have the microcosmic orbit taught in it and only mentioned while chapter 8 teaches semen retention. I just tried the practice taught on MO out of curiosity and this is what I got and it is interfering with my lifestyle.
The very fact that the info in MO is incomplete makes an awesome form of health meditation become so wrong. Its a good thing Chia is back there in Thailand or he will get a backlash here in the US.July 23, 2008 at 12:24 pm #28781
Good to hear from you. Yes I can see why you are a litle angry at M Chia. I think there already is quite many practioners out there which is wery sceptical about chia. I think the multi O man is one reason of it. It´s not a complete work and migth be dangerous. So he has a problem with that book.
But I still think hes system as a whole thing is greate! Well Well. Much to say about this. Sorry for you that you have bean brought in to this in a troblesome way.
I think you are on the rigth way though, keep on taking down the energy circulate it a couple of times round and round in the microcosmic and store it in the navel with the circulation techique. Working like this and with other things you find good for you and i think your symtoms will wanich after a while. But I´m not an expert.
Hope you have the possibilitie in the future to save some money for the DVD:s also. Perhaps you can put aside litle every month and sooner or later you will have it.
Keep in contact with us from time to time so perhaps we are able to help you out.

Where do you live? There may be a Healing Tao instructor nearby
that you can connect with–if not for a workshop, just a short
private session to show you a few basic exercises you can do.
For instance, Deep Earth Pulsing would be a very good exercise
for your situation, but it is difficult to describe via text.
Also, keep practicing the Microcosmic Orbit meditation and
keep your breath natural and slow in your lower abdomen.
Most of your experiences/symptoms are not Kundalini psychosis
or Kundalini phenomenon–they’re instead minor qi deviations
that will clear in time, so don’t worry too much–but consider
connecting with a Healing Tao instructor if you need extra help.
As to your comments about the Multi-orgasmic Man book, I sympathesize.
So many people are keyed up on sex and not interested in other
practices, so after a lot of pressure from people to publish such
a book, I think he went ahead because the demand was there . . .
an unfortunate result really.
